How do you take these latches out, I already cut one out of my car and I am fixing to cut the second one out. I hate these car seats. I can’t get these unlatched. My children better never put another one of theses carseats in my car. I hate destroying the carseat but I can’t take them out.

My sure latch straps don’t reach the car connection to anchor it even when I loosen it how can I extend them?

Please answer the question below if you want to help people: I have secured the base to the LATCH system, but I can not loosen the straps for the life of me. The "button" doesn't do anything and the straps will not budge. How do I loosen the straps without cutting it?

that seat still looks really loose, when she took her weight off the seat wobbled then when she went to shake it she really did not shake it very hard.

Very helpful......particularly when we had it back facing and switched to front facing.Moving the position of the anchor hooks is very important.We had a car seat belt running through the Symphony car seat before when we installed the seat in our old car.No need to do that with the anchors moved to the closer slots facing the rear.We also put rolled up towels under the front of the seat and one tucked in to the base at the back. Took me 15 minutes and it's as sturdy as can be.

The first child looked old/big enough for this seat. Its a bit much to say all kids must be harnessed to 53"/80lbs cause only the most expensive seats actually harness that long. I'm well aware of Kyle David Millers story and feel its sad but every child and family is different. Its not right to humiliate someone else for making their own choices for what's right for their child. Not all parents can spend $500+ on car seats having kids is expensive enough. But its ideal to keep kids safe.

This video quality is abysmal and takes away from the importance of the message. Not only is the graphic quality so poor you can't make out details, the audio sounds like it was done on a poor speaker phone and has a high pitched squeal on all S's. In addition, and most likely of little or no consequence, the instructions to buckle your child doesn't match the manual's directions. If this is actually a video produced by Evenflo, I'm very disappointed. This is incredibly unprofessional.

that man just showed how to rethreaded the straps into the forward facing only top slot, and then installed the car seat rear facing, that seems misleading, although once it is installed rear facing, the the straps were magically no longer in the top slot

This seat is nice because it has a 50 pound weight limit and an 18 inch top harness slot. I measured it at target. If your children are light, you could use this seat up to the 50 pound weight limit. This evenflo seat costs about $85. The Graco Nautilus goes up to 65 pounds with a harness height of 18 inches.

I got this car seat for my son and recently had to clean it out after my son got sick in it. I would just like to say cleaning it was a pain in the @ss! We ended up taking it to the car wash and power washing it. If you would like to see the video of my husband washing it is on my RUclips page.

I'm pretty disappointed in this video...... haha FYI for people watching this video... the harness straps aren't correct when they show the guy putting the baby in. They are too high! For rear-facing, the straps have to be AT or BELOW the child's shoulders. For forward-facing, the straps have to be AT or ABOVE.
